Experimental Porto is opening a new restaurant concept in Porto's city centre and seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations on site. The role demands strong hospitality leadership, guest focus and a proactive approach to managing teams and service standards.

You will work under the Restaurant Manager to ensure consistent food and beverage quality, staff engagement and operational efficiency, with evenings, weekends and holidays as needed to support the opening and ongoing

Qualificações

• Experience in a similar supervisory role within a comparable venue.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proactive, autonomous and adaptable.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Operational management of the restaurant including service quality and guest experience.
• Train and supervise the restaurant team and drive upselling and engagement.
• Monitor payroll, inventory, orders and reporting; ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance.
