Experimental Cocktail Club Porto is opening in the heart of Porto and seeks a Bar Manager to lead the bar and restaurant bar operations. You will ensure high service standards, curate the cocktail offering, and drive guest satisfaction while guiding the bar team through daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, bar operations knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. Evening and weekend availability is expected, with opportunities for growth within the Experimental portfolio.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a bar or hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and develop a bar team.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and trends.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee the daily operation of the bar.
• Lead, supervise and monitor the bar team performance.
• Coordinate with F&B and Restaurant supervisor to align schedules and needs.
• Ensure exceptional, personalized guest experiences across bar service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails following established recipes and standards.
• Manage stock, purchasing and replenishment procedures.
