A leading IT consulting company in Lisbon seeks an Application Production & System Administrator to manage the Close of Business (COB) process. You will handle banking L1/L2 support, SQL, and troubleshooting application issues. The ideal candidate has a strong background in banking operations and is fluent in English. Qualificações

• Experience with Banking L1/L2 support.
• Proficiency in banking streams including Retail Banking, Treasury Operations.
• Strong knowledge of RTB operations and incident management.
• Proficiency in SQL and Unix/shell scripting.
• Familiarity with banking interfaces, APIs, middleware.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Close of Business (COB) process addressing system issues.
• Monitor and resolve user queries, perform first-line diagnosis.
• Analyze and resolve application issues collaborating with teams.
• Facilitate the resolution of logged tickets with proper analysis.
• Respond to inquiries from Operations and Users.
