Job summary

Your responsibilities will include providing 24/7 support, resolving incidents, and collaborating with various technical teams. Responsibilities

• Provide support for 24/7 production operations in core banking.
• Resolve incidents and handle problems to ensure system stability.
• Execute and monitor the Close of Business (COB) process.
• Respond to user queries and resolve technical issues (L1 Support).
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis (L2 Support).
• Manage tickets end-to-end and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Database, and Security teams.
• Work in 24/7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Help develop or improve support tools for faster analysis.
