An international bank in Lisbon is looking for an Application Support Technician to join its Application Development and Support Department. The role includes performing corrective and preventive maintenance on applications, providing first-line support for both FrontOffice and BackOffice, and developing custom reports. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles, possess a higher education in IT or related fields, and demonstrate proficiency in English. Continuous training in a challenging environment is offered.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Experience with relational databases is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Corrective and preventive maintenance of the Group’s applications.
• First-line support for the Group’s applications in FrontOffice and BackOffice.
• Development of custom reports and listings for Consumer Finance and Banking.
