Qualificações

• Proven experience in Banking L1/L2 Production Support.
• Strong understanding of Run the Bank (RTB) operations and incident management.
• Solid experience with Linux/Unix, Shell scripting, SQL & PL-SQL, and Log analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth day-to-day production operations in a 24/7 support model.
• Monitor and manage Close of Business (COB) activities in production environments.
• Handle incidents and service requests, and infrastructural maintenance.
• Perform first-line diagnosis and resolve minor technical issues.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues.
