The role bridges Business, Development and Infrastructure teams, handling incidents, releases and improvements in a banking-focused environment.

You will drive automation, monitoring and ITIL-aligned service delivery, with a hybrid work model in Lisbon and strong emphasis on operational excellence and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Application Production Support or IT Operations.
• Experience supporting critical banking or financial services applications.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and production support best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT Production activities and support requests.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems and changes through ITSM processes.
• Monitor application and infrastructure layers to ensure production stability and availability.
• Prepare releases, deployments and validations for production environments.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure and Business teams.
• Participate in on-call support as required.
