The role offers relocation support, accommodation, and a paid training program. 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, with health benefits and meal allowance included.

Qualificações

• 12+ months experience in Banking/Financial services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle complex customer cases independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert customer support via chat, phone, and email for English-speaking customers. Resolve banking enquiries related to accounts, payments, disputes, and transactions. Act as a subject matter expert for banking operations within the team.
