Job summary

A growing Lisbon company is looking for an English speaking sales representative to reach out to business customers and develop new opportunities. You will work with a clear script and a supportive team, while still having room to show your own style and judgement.

Your work will include cold and warm outbound calls, qualifying leads, booking meetings for senior colleagues and keeping accurate records of every conversation.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B or outbound experience.
• Right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship, valid residence permit, or refugee status).

Responsibilities

• Reach out to business customers via outbound calls.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for senior colleagues.
• Keep accurate records of every conversation.
• Work with a script and supportive team; weekly progress reviews.
• Shifts rotate; 40 hours per week; start date 2 November 2026.
