Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks an English-speaking sales consultant to support business clients through outbound calling and relationship building. You will call prospects, understand their needs, and match them to the right solutions. You will keep the relationship warm after first contact and record activity in our CRM.

The role is 40 hours per week on a rotating shift, starting 2 November 2026. English at C1 level is required, with at least one year of B2B or outbound sales experience.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level or higher.
• At least one year of B2B or outbound sales experience.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts.
• Right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship, residence card, or refugee status).

Responsibilities

• Call prospects and build relationships through outbound calls.
• Understand customer needs and match them to suitable solutions.
• Maintain warm relationships after first contact and manage follow-ups.
• Accurately log activity in the CRM and assist with forecasting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
