Job summary

Bounce is building a global luggage storage network and is hiring a Partnerships Sales Intern in Lisbon. You will own outbound partnership acquisition, manage a daily pipeline, and negotiate terms with small businesses.

The six-month program emphasizes hands-on selling, onboarding partners, and data-driven decision making. You’ll be mentored one-to-one by a senior leader, with targets focused on generating 100 new producing partners across the internship.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Portuguese or French or Italian.
• Commercial experience is a plus (internship or otherwise).
• Comfortable on the phone and able to handle volume calls.
• Ability to log calls and manage a list in order rather than cherry-picking.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound acquisition of partnerships in your market from first call to first booking.
• Manage a daily pipeline of leads that arrive researched and qualified.
• Lead discovery calls to assess fit and follow up when needed.
• Negotiate commercial terms, onboard partners and ensure performance with Bounce.
• Be accountable for producing accounts and log every interaction for data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with mentor and manager who coach you on outcomes.
