Emma – The Sleep Compan in Lisbon is seeking a dynamic role to work closely with a Key Account Manager, developing relationships with major European retailers and presenting our product portfolio. You will coordinate sales administration across marketing, operations, and support, aligning global and local sales teams for smooth execution.

Responsabilités

• You will work hand in hand with a Key Account Manager to develop the business and relationships with biggest European retailers.
• You will negotiate with clients, present our product portfolio, steer performance, bring and develop best practices.
• You will be the coordinator for sales administration, work with marketing, operations and customer support teams.
• You will be the link between global and local sales teams, negotiating the promotional calendar and ensuring smooth execution.
• You will participate in building the knowledge base to structure the team and foster fast and sustainable growth.
• You will be key for the team to provide clear reporting and deliverables, ensuring better decision-making and a more efficient relationships with our partners.
