Job summary

Bounce is building cloud storage for the physical world with offices in Lisbon, San Francisco, and Tokyo. As a member of Bounce's Sales Academy, you’ll become a Market Launcher and embark on a 5‑month journey designed to jumpstart your career in sales.

You’ll receive full product and sales training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals in a fast-paced startup. Start date: February 2027; Duration: 5 months.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional European language a bonus.
• High-energy candidate with a desire to learn and achieve top results.
• Comfortable with a high volume of sales calls and cold outreach.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow Bounce’s network and close supply gaps across Europe.
• Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls and emails.
• Collaborate with manager to identify expansion opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to onboarding.
