B2B Marketing Customer Support – Arabic Speaker

Are you experienced in digital marketing and paid campaigns and ready to support advertisers in a fast‑paced B2B environment?

Join an on‑site Marketing Customer Support team in Lisbon and work closely with advertisers using online advertising solutions.

Relocation is possible only for candidates who already hold a valid Portuguese/EU work permit.*

Position Details

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On‑site)

Start Date: 29 January 2026

Working Hours

• Initial phase:
  • Monday – Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00
  • 2 shifts:
    • 07:00 – 16:00
    • 10:00 – 19:00
• Later stage (TBC):
  • 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday – Sunday)
  • 2 rotating days off

Compensation

• Base salary: €985 gross / month (14 months)
• Complexity Bonus: €80 / month (11 months)
