Job summary

This on site role is an opportunity to bring together your digital marketing experience and customer service skills in an international environment.

What you will do

• Support customers in Arabic and English with enquiries related to social media advertising products and services.
• Use your knowledge of paid campaigns and digital marketing to understand customers' needs and provide guidance.
• Deliver professional customer service, working independently and alongside your team.

What we offer

• Salary: €920 gross per month, paid 14 times per year.
• Welcome bonus: €1,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments during your first year.
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day.
• Attendance bonus: €40 per month, paid over 11 months.
• On-site position in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Start date: 19 November 2026.

Working schedule

Initially, you will work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00, with two rotating days off.

At a later date, to be confirmed, the project will move to 24/7 rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off.

What we are looking for

• Fluent Arabic and English, with proficiency in an Arabic variety spoken in Egypt, Jordan or the UAE.
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns — mandatory.
• A degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service programme for an advertising technology company.
• Confidence using social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
