Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking B2B Customer Support Specialist to assist advertisers using digital advertising products. The role blends customer support, product troubleshooting and digital marketing knowledge to help clients succeed.

Candidates should have a background in Digital Marketing or Paid Ads, familiarity with social media ads, and prior support experience. The position offers an international tech environment, shift options, and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Fluent English is required.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns is mandatory.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
• Digital marketing experience desirable.
• Familiarity with social media products and digital advertising.
• Customer support/contact-centre experience, preferably within Advertising Technology.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat.
• Resolve technical and product-related queries.
• Collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering teams.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Meet service-level and productivity targets; help advertisers understand product features and recurring issues.
