Walter USA LLC in Vila do Conde, Portugal, is seeking an Automation Engineer to join our advancing manufacturing automation team. You will develop electrical projects, create schematics, program PLCs (Siemens TIA Portal), and participate in commissioning and validation activities for our turnkey machines.

This role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or Mechatronics, at least two years of experience, strong analytical skills, and English (B2).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial automation environments.
• Experience in PLC programming, preferably Siemens TIA Portal.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2) and able to travel nationally and internationally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
