Qualifications

• Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em suporte ao cliente, idealmente no setor bancário.
• Domínio de Outlook, Word, Excel e PowerPoint; experiência com CRM é valorizada.

Responsibilities

• Fornecer suporte ao cliente por email e telefone.
• Seguir análises estruturadas, sintetizar conclusões e tomar ações para resolver incidentes.
• Pesquisar e resolver casos usando a Knowledge Base.
• Trabalhar com instituições financeiras para resolver incidentes.

Job description

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by email and phone, handling reports of ATM failures and related technical and functional issues;
• Follow structured analyses, synthesize findings and take the decisions and actions needed to resolve incidents;
• Research and resolve cases using the Knowledge Base;
• Work with financial institutions to resolve incidents.

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, ideally in the banking sector (payment systems and the banking ecosystem);
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• CRM experience will be valued;
• Fluent English and Portuguese, both oral and written;
• Strong learning ability, organization, autonomy and dynamism, with good oral and written communication;
• Initiative, proactivity, and skill in identifying and solving problems.
