Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to join their team in Lisbon. This role requires a minimum of 4 years in application or production support, with expertise in Middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere, and strong Linux skills.

Candidates should be able to participate in on-call rotations and possess a proficiency in French. The position offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits focused on employee health and development.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Application Support or Production Support roles;
• Proven expertise in Middleware technologies, including IBM WebSphere (WAS), IBM MQ, Tomcat, and Apache;
• Strong command of Linux operating system and shell scripting;
• Experience in application integration, deployments, and support, ideally in a Level 2/3 capacity;
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, Ansible, and Jenkins is a plus;
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL;
• Experience in the payments or banking industry is highly valued;
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations (night and weekend), typically for one week per month;
• Proficiency in French (B2 level required).
