What are we looking for

• A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Project Management, ideally with a strong focus on IT industrialization
• In-depth understanding of software development processes, CI/CD methodologies, DevOps overview, and quality assurance practices
• Experience in leading the assessment and standardization of quality gates and enhancing CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies to identify innovation and accessibility improvements (fostering an AI community is a plus)
• Fluent in French (minimum B2 level) and excellent communication skills in English
