What we're looking for:

• Experience in L1/L2 application support within production environments
• Strong knowledge of banking, core banking, or wealth management applications
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and service request handling
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix, SQL/PL-SQL, shell scripting, and log analysis
• Experience with monitoring, ticketing, and automation tools such as Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Jira, Autosys, Docker, Kubernetes, or Ansible
• Ability to support COB / End-of-Day processes, batch monitoring, and operational activities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business users, infrastructure, database, security, and development teams
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure SLA compliance in critical production environments
• Fluency in English
• Availability to work in shifts, weekends, public holidays, and on-call support
