• First level incident investigation responsibilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address transversal issues and understand business impacts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist FO and MO users in day-to-day work, troubleshooting and designing workarounds to reduce incidents.
• Perform first level incident investigation.
• Act as single point of contact for users and coordinate actors when addressing transversal issues.
• Understand business issues and business impacts.
• Continuous training on business knowledge to keep service level on top.
