Day to day you will be provide first-line technical support for customers using AI and cloud-based solutions, respond to customer queries and service requests in a timely and professional manner, troubleshoot and resolve standard technical issues using established procedures and support documentation, elevate complex or unresolved issues through the appropriate internal channels, maintain high service quality and operational efficiency across all customer interactions, support customers across international markets and multiple time zones, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
You will also handle follow compliance, process, and quality requirements at all times, contribute to a consistent and positive customer experience, and support shift-based operations, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year - your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.
