Aubay Portugal is seeking a senior IT Production/Operations professional to lead daily production activities, ensure system availability and performance, and manage batch processes using Control-M. You will operate across Windows and Linux, handle file transfers with CFT/Connect Express, and coordinate incident recovery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in IT Production/Operations, strong knowledge of servers (Tomcat/Apache/JBoss/WildFly), and experience with AWS,

• Advanced administration skills in Windows and Linux systems, including Shell/Bash scripting and Windows CMD.
• Proficiency with application servers (Tomcat, Apache, JBoss/WildFly) and batch process management using Control-M.

What will you do?

• Lead technical operations for OPEN environments, ensuring the availability, stability, and optimal performance of production solutions.
• Supervise and manage batch processes using Control-M, including real-time monitoring, incident analysis, and SLA deviation management.
• Perform daily operations in Windows and Linux environments, manage file transfers via CFT/Connect Express, and coordinate incident recovery actions.

What are we looking for?

• Senior experience (minimum 5 years) in IT Production/Operations, with a strong background in Application Support and technical leadership.
• Advanced administration skills in Windows and Linux systems, including Shell/Bash scripting and Windows CMD.

• Solid understanding of ITIL v4 principles and practical experience with DevOps, automation, CI/CD, and production incident management.
• Fluency in both English (B1) and French (B1/B2) is mandatory for effective communication within international teams.
