Responsabilidades

• Provide application & process support to ensure quality and speed.
• Act as IT Business Analyst to enhance and optimize processes.
• Handle L2/L3 support and escalation when needed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for applications and problems.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and participate in delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with business representatives.
• Test interfaces during releases and ensure solution changes align with business needs.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues.
