ALTEN is building a Center based in Porto to provide administrative and financial support to European subsidiaries. We seek an Application Support Analyst to resolve user tickets, analyze issues, and work with databases and cloud environments.

The role combines data management with collaboration across development teams to improve processes. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar role, CMS experience, strong SQL, and familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow in Agile environments.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role (Level 2 support, functional analysis, data management).
• Functional expertise in business tools (HR, project management, CRM, etc.).
• Experience with a CMS (Wordpress, others).
• Advanced SQL skills: complex queries (joins, subqueries, aggregates) and data analysis.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architectures.
• Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Responsabilidades

• Resolve 80% of user tickets using in-depth knowledge of business tools and data.
• Analyze and diagnose issues reported by users, identifying root causes (functional or technical).
• Work with databases to extract, correct, or validate data using advanced SQL queries.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues or propose improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and data management.
