COFCO International seeks an IT Specialist to provide application and process support, acting as a Business Analyst to optimize existing processes. You will ensure system availability, handle L2/L3 escalations, and contribute to the delivery roadmap with business input.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in large organizations, experience with SAP/Azure, and strong English communication. On-site Porto presence is expected, with on-call duties possible.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of proven L2/L3 application support experience.
• 4+ years in large, complex organizations.
• Experience with Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, others).
• Experience with SAP, Azure and a ticketing tool (ServiceNow or BMC Remedy).
• Programming knowledge is a plus; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Business-facing skills and ability to translate requirements into technical actions.
• Willing to hands-on role and availability for on-call duty.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Provide application support and operations ensuring system availability and performance.
• Escalate to L2/L3 as needed and maintain proper documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and align with business needs.
• Participate in end-to-end testing, deployments and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to meet goals.
