Caixa Mágica Software is seeking a Production Support for maintaining and improving critical banking applications. You will manage incidents, ensure reliability and service levels, and contribute to change management and documentation.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, Kubernetes and Docker expertise, and English fluency; French is a plus. A permanent contract, health and life insurance, and training are offered in a dynamic team in Lisbon.

Qualificações

Overview:

One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking a Production Support to support and continuously improve the applications within the assigned scope, ensuring reliability and compliance with agreed service levels.
