Project

An IT Operations role focused on ensuring Production requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle within an Agile and DevOps environment. The position acts as a key stakeholder for production readiness, technical environment stability, deployment facilitation, service monitoring and operational excellence.

The mission involves contributing to technical solution design, integrating infrastructure and production requirements into project delivery, supporting development teams, ensuring service operability, promoting production best practices and driving continuous improvement through automation, monitoring and performance optimization.

Role

• Participate in the definition of technical solutions and architecture decisions
• Ensure production and infrastructure requirements are integrated into project scope and product backlogs
• Promote solutions that incorporate production, resilience, monitoring and security requirements
• Anticipate compliance, security, scalability and delivery risks within proposed solutions
• Support development teams to accelerate and secure project delivery
• Implement or coordinate technical user stories related to industrialization and obsolescence management
• Raise awareness of application production best practices within project teams
• Train and support team members on Agile and DevOps tools and practices
• Facilitate the provision of production and infrastructure resources required by projects
• Coordinate and facilitate solution deployments across technical environments
• Monitor services and ensure the usability of production and non-production environments
• Verify backup, restore, data access and performance capabilities of technical environments
• Conduct or support security reviews
• Ensure traceability of infrastructure access and address identified issues
• Identify operational risks and blocking points related to security, infrastructure, networks or application flows
• Contribute to defining service levels and production performance indicators
• Implement monitoring and supervision solutions for production services
• Ensure installation and operational documentation remains current and validated
• Verify that backup and recovery plans exist and are regularly tested
• Support teams during incidents, releases and production issues
• Contribute to production continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote automation, service reliability and operational efficiency
• Share production best practices across teams and stakeholders

We are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure or Production environments
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure
• Experience in Production Operations Steering
• Knowledge of IT Risk and Cyber Security principles
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience working in DevOps environments
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus and Dynatrace
• Understanding of DevOps toolchains including GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost and Ansible
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of production monitoring, deployment and operational support processes
• Strong coordination and team collaboration skills
• Ability to delegate and coordinate activities across stakeholders
• Systematic, critical and logical thinking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
