Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Application Support, IT Operations, Production Support or similar in demanding environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with automation and proactive monitoring.
• Ability to work with business users and manage expectations and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage application releases and production deployments.
• Provide technical and functional support to business users and stakeholders.
• Monitor applications, batch processes, interfaces, and file transfers to ensure service continuity.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents with root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to automation and continuous service improvement.
