Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Application or Production Support.
• Experience with production monitoring, incidents and releases.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks via scripting.
• Good documentation and cross-team coordination.
• Fluent English communication with technical and business users.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support to business users and stakeholders.
• Monitor application performance to ensure service stability.
• Manage incidents, investigate root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate application releases, deployments and integrations.
• Analyze performance and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Handle change requests and support business evolution needs.
• Maintain application documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Assess impact of patches, releases, and infra changes.
• Participate in on-call and weekend/holiday support when required.
