HAVI TechHUB in Portugal is offering an Application Operations Support Intern role to join our TechHUB team. You will learn how to keep core applications stable by handling incidents, requests, triage, and documentation while collaborating with Development, Infrastructure, and Business units.

The internship includes hands-on experience, mentorship, and a travel onboarding phase to our Azambuja warehouse. Fluency in English and a proactive mindset are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent).
• Comfortable working with queues, priorities, and structured processes; strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn operational discipline and standards.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Learn how to keep core applications stable by supporting incident and request handling, mailbox/queue management, triage, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business units to ensure operational continuity.
• Support daily operational activities during onboarding and contribute to improvements.
