PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking an Application Functional Support professional at mid level to join our client-facing team. You will diagnose and resolve both technical and functional issues, and support trading floor users across Forex, Equity, Money Market and Derivatives.

Collaboration with Finance and IT, documenting processes and creating user guides, will be key, as will clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience diagnosing and resolving application issues.
• Experience supporting trading floor users on booking issues.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance and IT teams to improve system functionality.
• Document processes and create user guides.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional application issues.
• Support trading floor users with booking issues and monitor investment deals across Forex, Equity, Money Market and Derivatives.
• Manage incidents from analysis and resolution to stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Document processes, maintain support documentation and create user guides.
• Provide clear instructions and ongoing functional support to internal teams.

Level of Experience: Mid

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits

Main Tasks:
