RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application and its ecosystem.
• Deliver critical technical and functional support within the ALMT function, with a strong understanding of finance, including the management of passive assets, bonds, and Forex; support end-users located on the trading floor for booking problems and monitor investment deals (Forex, Equity, Money Market & Derivatives).
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Document processes and provide clear instructions for the teams.
• Regularly update support documentation and create user guides.
• Incident management (analysis, resolution, communication).
