A leading IT consulting company in Lisbon seeks an experienced Application Production & System Administrator to provide support for IT data platform applications. You will troubleshoot issues, monitor service quality, and contribute to continuous improvement activities. Required qualifications include expertise in Unix, shell scripting, and proficiency in database technologies such as Oracle and SQL. Fluency in English is mandatory. This role emphasizes outstanding service delivery and problem resolution.

We are looking for Application Production & System Administrator, for a project in Lisbon!

Responsibilities:

• Provide Application Production support for group IT Data platform applications and tools.
• Prioritize and deliver outstanding service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from Business teams.
• Capability to analyze system / middleware / application logs and identify potential issues.
• Service monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement of the service quality and availability.
• Actively contributes to Continuous service improvement activities to make sure repetitive tasks or issues are addressed either via Problem management framework or automation.

Requirements:

• Unix and Shell Scripting.
• Data Warehouse, Data Platforms, Database, Oracle, PL-SQL & SQL.
• Autosys and Middleware like MQ, Tomcat.
• Cloud computing.
• Reporting tools like PowerBI/Tableau.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
