Job summary

Wilde Lisbon is seeking an Assistant General Manager to shape the guest experience and drive performance across the property. As AGM, you'll oversee commercial results, financial performance, people leadership and operational excellence while developing the skills to lead a property of your own.

This pivotal role sits on the GM succession pathway, offering exposure to a dynamic, guest-led lifestyle operation with opportunities to influence service standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading a complex hotel or aparthotel
• Experience with lifestyle assets blending guest and locals
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L budgeting and forecasting

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience performance and ensure consistently high standards across the property
• Drive improvements using guest feedback, audits and performance measures
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and property performance reviews
• Lead and develop Heads of Department and build a high-performing leadership team
• Recruit, manage performance and succession planning
• Take ownership of guest issues and translate insights into action
