Wilde in Portugal is seeking a Guest Services Host to join our vibrant team across lobby, reception, and public areas. You will greet guests, support daily operations, and contribute to a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere in our aparthotels.

As a Wilde ambassador, you’ll deliver exceptional service, collaborate with colleagues, and help create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Training and development are available, with opportunities across multiple properties.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in a similar role within lifestyle hotel or hospitality is required.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations.
• Some previous F&B/Barista experience is preferred but training can be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in lobby, reception and public areas.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent service and resolve issues promptly.
• Represent Wilde with enthusiasm, energy and a positive, professional image.

We would love you to have:
