Cloudheight Solutions is seeking a German-speaking customer support specialist to work remotely from Portugal. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, guiding customers through products and solutions with a focus on service quality.

Ideal candidates communicate in German and English (C2), bring customer support experience, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, digital environment. The role includes paid training, ongoing development and an international team setting.

Qualificações

• Fluent German and English (C2).
• Experience in Customer Support or Contact Centre is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Base Salary: €920
• Language Allowance: €500
• Fixed Bonus: €150
• Performance Bonus: up to €360
• Assiduity Allowance: €110
