Cloudheight Solutions is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support specialist for a 100% remote role in mainland Portugal. You will support customers via phone, email and chat, handling account, billing and service enquiries while delivering an outstanding experience.

Requirements include fluent German and English (C2) and prior customer support experience. The role offers permanent contract after 6 months, 8-hour rotating shifts, paid training and private health insurance.
