Qualifications

• Proficient in English at C1 level or higher.
• Background in IT, tech support, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Answer product questions and provide clear explanations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot user issues and guide through settings and account changes.
• Record each case accurately and collect insights to help improve the product.
• Identify patterns of user struggle to inform product development and support processes.
