Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support both consumers and business users, handling inquiries across multiple channels and guiding customers on product usage.

Qualificações

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Technical background or IT/tech support experience is an advantage.
• Customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in AI, technology and digital products.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and comfortable troubleshooting issues.
• Able to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers across multiple communication channels.

• Troubleshoot platform and product-related technical issues.
