Hira Talent is recruiting English-speaking Customer Support Specialists for our partner in Lisbon, supporting users of an AI technology platform. The role is on-site in Lisbon, full-time, 40 hours per week, with a base salary of EUR 938 gross per month plus allowances and a performance bonus.

Initial training lasts 15 working days under a selection agreement, with employment anticipated for 12 months. Meal allowance and health/dental insurance follow contract signing.

YOUR ROLE

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Technical support experience, or demonstrable technical skills through certifications and practical use of AI tools.
• Clear communication, curiosity and a customer-focused approach.
• Able to work on site in Lisbon, with valid documentation authorising work in Portugal.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• Day shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday, on rotation.
• Base salary: EUR 938 gross per month, plus holiday and Christmas allowances paid in monthly instalments.
• Meal allowance: EUR 7 per working day. Variable performance bonus up to EUR 200 per month.
• Health and dental insurance after employment contract signature, subject to the required registration details.
• Initial training: 15 working days under a selection agreement. Training compensation is conditional on successful completion. Employment contract follows successful selection, with an expected duration of 12 months.
