Teleperformance Portugal is seeking an English-speaking customer support professional to join a multinational team in Portugal. You will provide reactive phone, email and chat support with a focus on troubleshooting and delivering efficient resolutions.

You will build rapport with marketing industry clients, acting as a consultant for their online advertising strategies and aligning solutions with business goals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide reactive phone, email and chat support services with emphasis on troubleshooting and efficient issue resolution
• Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy
• Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions
• Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
• Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in Technical Support
• Customer oriented with strong decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and good argumentation skills
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information
