The role offers 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, rotating schedules, and 22 days annual leave under Portuguese law, plus training and a base salary with performance bonus. A strong interest in AI and technology is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Billing & invoicing: Help customers understand charges, payments and billing-related questions.

• Customer training: Guide and educate customers on product features and functionality.
• Multichannel support: Respond to customer requests through the available support channels.
• Problem solving: Investigate issues, identify solutions and provide clear next steps.
