Inetum Ai Platform is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Portugal to provide technical support for laboratory applications, R&D workstations and kiosk PCs, and to coordinate IT services and SLA targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT support experience in lab or R&D environments, strong Windows/Active Directory knowledge, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of IT Support experience.
• Experience in laboratory, scientific or R&D environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and application support.
• Experience with Active Directory and ITSM/CMDB tools.
• Understanding of infrastructure, networks and software deployment.
• Experience in system migration projects.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical support for laboratory applications and R&D workstations.
• Manage requests for hardware, software and user accounts.
• Install, configure and update applications across their lifecycle.
• Support software deployment and packaging activities.
• Coordinate setup and delivery of laboratory and kiosk devices.
• Monitor incidents and service requests per SLA targets.
• Maintain inventory data in CMDB/Helix and AD.
• Support account administration and access reviews.
• Track software licensing usage and procurement processes.
• Contribute to Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration activities.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with users, technical teams, vendors and stakeholders.
