Jobgether is seeking a Technical Account Manager specialized in AI-driven Martech in Portugal. You will bridge technology, data, and business value for enterprise clients, guiding AI-powered implementations from strategy to delivery.

This remote-first role offers a base salary of €35,000–€40,000 with a 10% bonus, plus meal vouchers, a company laptop and phone. You will manage multiple stakeholders, lead end-to-end projects, and collaborate with global teams across Europe, the Middle East, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, project management, or customer-facing roles within Martech/AI/SaaS.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationships with enterprise clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Understanding of ETL processes, data architectures, and technology-driven business solutions.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals and AI opportunities.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans, deliverables, KPIs, and value.
• Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects from planning to post-launch optimization.
• Act as strategic advisor, facilitating workshops and adoption of AI-powered solutions.
• Coordinate client onboarding, requirements gathering, and delivery planning.
• Translate insights into technical specs and collaborate with internal teams for delivery.
• Facilitate regular business reviews and strategic planning with stakeholders.
• Monitor project KPIs and customer satisfaction, managing risks.
