Job summary

Planet is seeking a Commercial AI Enablement & Performance Manager to help commercial teams adopt AI and derive measurable value from AI tools. You will work with Revenue Enablement, product teams and AI specialists to ensure scalable, practical adoption across the sales organization.

The role focuses on operational delivery, testing, knowledge quality, adoption support and performance measurement to make AI tools useful in day-to-day seller activities.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with sales, enablement, customer success or commercial transformation teams to boost sales performance.
• Ability to translate business challenges into actionable use-cases and improvements.
• Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting metrics and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial AI Enablement & Adoption with Sales and commercial teams.
• Monitor AI performance and define a prioritized backlog of improvements.
• Improve AI knowledge quality by maintaining and enhancing knowledge resources.
• Design and run real-world test scenarios for AI agents and validate results.
• Track performance metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Identify AI improvement opportunities and propose initial use-case proposals.
