Job summary

login.works is recruiting for a senior Enablement & Operations lead in Lisbon (Hybrid). You will own the operating model, drive strategy, governance, and KPIs for the Expert Advisory Enablement & Operations cluster, and hands‑on automate workflows with AI tools.

You will partner across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technology to ensure scalable delivery. You will shape capacity planning, playbooks, and standards, ensuring adoption is measurable and aligned with business value and risk

Qualifications

5–8 years of professional experience in operations, enablement, or service operations.
Proven track record designing operating models, roadmaps and metrics.
Hands‑on with capacity planning, reporting, and data quality.
Experience in regulated or process‑heavy environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set cluster strategy, governance, roadmap, and KPIs for Enablement & Operations.
Lead playbooks, SOPs, templates, and review cycles with evidence of adoption.
Oversee demand forecasting, capacity, workload risks, and escalation routines.
Design AI-powered automations and AI agents to reduce manual work.
Govern tooling ecosystems: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, CRM, reporting systems.
Provide commercial enablement support to Sales and Customer Success.
