The role will focus on improving knowledge quality, monitoring performance, capturing user feedback and turning insights into practical improvement actions that make AI useful in sellers’ day-to-day work.Working closely with Revenue Enablement, this role will focus on the operational delivery, testing, knowledge quality, adoption support, and performance measurement needed to make AI useful in sellers’ day-to-day work.This role sits within Revenue Enablement and across commercial workflows, knowledge management, AI performance, and and continuous improvement.
