Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) is seeking an AI Dubbing Content Moderator to ensure high-quality, compliant AI-dubbed video content for global e-commerce platforms.

You will review content against policies in multiple languages, assess linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, and escalate complex cases as needed. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian and English is required by the role.
• Experience in content moderation or similar operational environments is preferred.
• Understanding AI-generated content and digital media is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content for policy compliance and quality.
• Evaluate reported content and make moderation decisions per guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, and cultural relevance.
• Identify misinformation, hate speech, harassment, or copyright concerns.

• Escalate high-risk cases to internal teams as needed.

What you will do in this role

As an AI Dubbing Content Moderator, you will:

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies, community guidelines, and quality standards.
• Evaluate reported or flagged content and make accurate moderation decisions based on internal procedures and policy guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and contextual relevance of AI-generated dubbing.
• Identify content that may contain misinformation, hate speech, harassment, harmful behaviour, copyright concerns, or other policy violations.
• Verify compliance with regional regulations and market-specific standards across multiple languages and cultures.
• Escalate complex, high-risk, or ambiguous cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
• Document moderation decisions accurately while maintaining complete records within internal systems.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service level targets while managing high volumes of content.
• Stay up to date with evolving moderation policies, AI content standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

• Have previous experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, or a similar operational environment.

• Demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills.
• Possess excellent attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high workloads.
• Can manage sensitive content professionally while maintaining emotional resilience.
